Jordan Poyer picks off Devlin Hodges on SNF

by Kaiyo Funaki | Dolphins Correspondent | Tue, Dec 17th 2:38am EST

Jordan Poyer led a stout Bills defense in 17-10 win over the Steelers on SNF, recording three solo tackles, one assisted tackle, one pass defended, one interception, and one fumble recovery.

Fantasy Impact:

Poyer's two takeaways came at crucial points of the game and had direct influence on the final score. His fumble recovery followed a Josh Allen interception deep in Buffalo's territory and prevented the Steelers from heading into the half with momentum. His interception in the endzone was even more important, coming late in the fourth quarter with the Steelers trying to force an overtime to stay alive. Though he ended up with a solid stat line, he's a riskier play on Saturday against the Patriots, who have one of the lowest turnover percentages in the league.
