Robby Anderson to return to practice, 'fine' for Week 16

Fantasy Impact:
Anderson has been frustrating to own this season, but he has been much more consistent of late, even putting up four catches for 66 yards in a difficult matchup against Baltimore. Pittsburgh isn't exactly a cake walk, either, so Anderson is hard to trust as anything more than a WR3/flex this week.
