Derrick Henry (hamstring) downgraded to questionable

Derrick Henry was placed back onto the Week 16 injury report on Saturday after being removed from it on Friday. Tennessee added running back Dalyn Dawkins from the practice squad as a subsequent move. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Henry should be considered a game-time decision barring any updates. The fact that Tennessee has added another running back shows you that their front office has serious doubts about his ability to play. Further, Henry has regressed in regards to this injury. With both of these factors at play, immediately go and add a pivot option just in case. Many will look to Dion Lewis but with their match up against New Orleans it could be tough to expect efficient touches. Do not start Lewis automatically. I would argue that the volume will go towards Ryan Tannehill and A.J. Brown more than Lewis. Henry's status has not been officially made for Week 16 so keep an eye on the news and make sure Henry is active, which should be available 90-minutes prior to kickoff.
