Fantasy Impact:
Jacobs's lingering shoulder injury will keep him sidelined for the second time in the past three weeks. With the Raiders' playoff chances all but dashed, they will likely play it safe with the rookie running back. DeAndre Washington will start in Jacobs's place Sunday.
