Jordan Howard (shoulder) remains limited Thursday despite talks of return

Eagles running back Jordan Howard is expected to return from a shoulder injury for the team's Week 17 matchup against the New York Giants, but he remained limited in practice on Thursday due to a shoulder injury that has sidelined him since Week 9 against the Bears. (PhiladelphiaEagles.com)
Fantasy Impact:
The Eagles waived Jay Ajayi earlier in the week because of their confidence that Howard would be cleared ahead of Week 17, but it is at least somewhat concerning that Howard is still limited in practice. Even more worrisome for fantasy owners is that Howard will likely be a rotational running back behind Miles Sanders even if he does play due to the breakout performances of the latter in recent weeks.
