Eagles running back Miles Sanders left Sunday's game against the New York Giants and is headed for an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of his injury. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

The ankle injury is expected to be significant but is not believed to be a high-ankle sprain, which usually means a multiple-week absence. Sanders should be considered very questionable heading into the team's playoff matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, but more information should be available Monday afternoon.
