LeSean McCoy gets Felton as his fullback

The Buffalo Bills, who made their trade for LeSean McCoy official on Tuesday, signed free-agent veteran fullback Jerome Felton, who spent the last three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. (Ian Rapoport)

Fantasy Impact:

This is nice consolation for the Bills' running game after they missed out on offensive linemen Mike Iupati and Bryan Bulaga. Felton, who will turn 29 in July, has been graded by Pro Football Focus in the top six among fullbacks for each of the past three years. He helped Adrian Peterson run for more than 2,000 yards in 2012. Greg Roman's offense makes heavy use of a fullback, and Felton just became McCoy's best friend ("I would love that," McCoy said Tuesday). This is a bump that should keep Shady a No. 1 fantasy RB.
