Joe Flacco hopes to play, but not at risk of long-term health

Flacco, who ended the season on the sidelines while watching QB of the future Drew Lock take over in Denver, received encouraging initial reports on a recent MRI on his neck. However, he'll receive more opinions on the health of his neck and back as he continues to determine his plan for 2020. Whatever the case, Flacco will most likely enter the season as a reserve player, so he's not someone that's fantasy relevant at this point.
