Austin Hooper will test free agency

According to Falcons GM, Thomas Dimitroff, Austin Hooper will be allowed to test the free agent market. (Atlanta Falcons on Twitter)

From Weeks 1-10 in 2019, Austin Hooper was the TE1 in half point scoring formats. An injury sidelined him for weeks 11-13, but he was dominant up to that point. Now that Hooper is going to be allowed to sign with any team, could we see a team like the New England Patriots have interest?
