Dak Prescott expected to receive franchise tag from Cowboys

The Cowboys are expected to place the franchise tag on quarterback Dak Prescott, according to ESPN. (Jenna Laine on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's not unexpected, as either with the tag or a long-term extension Dak was expected back in Dallas for the 2020 season. However, it does make his future beyond this year murky as the team doesn't appear willing to pay what it takes to lock up Prescott. Dak should remain a QB1 in 2020 for fantasy purposes, as he's currently the QB5 based on our expert consensus rankings.
