Fantasy Impact:
After a year of negotiating and failing to come to an agreement, the Cowboys will place their franchise tag on Prescott. The Cowboys are still working out a deal with Amari Cooper and assuming he also comes back next year, Prescott will be a solid QB1 in all league. It's safe to assume that contract negotiations will cover headlines in the 2020 season as Prescott still wants a longterm deal.
