Newton was given permission to seek a trade, most likely ending his tenure as Carolina's starting quarterback. He played in only two games in 2019 due to a nagging foot injury. Newton threw for 572 yards and an interception during that span. Depending on where he lands, he could see a bump in value. The 30-year old is currently 14th among quarterbacks in the expert consensus rankings.
