Fantasy Impact:
There is no telling where Joe Flacco could end up this season, but seeing that the Broncos plan to take the entirety of his salary hit, he will most assuredly play as a backup given his poor play last season. This all but guarantees fantasy owners that Drew Lock will be the starter for Denver next year. As for Flacco, his days of being a fantasy-relevant quarterback will be far behind him once this move is official.
