Fantasy Impact:
The Colts are betting that Rhodes will bounce back after struggling in coverage in 2019. He recorded a career-high 63 tackles, six pass defenses and one forced fumble across 15 games last season. The 30-year-old will most likely start at corner for an improved Colts defense, and try to prove he has something left in the tank.
