Fantasy Impact:
Hines played on just 31.5% of the snaps last year as the Colts were extremely conservative with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. That figures to change now that Philip Rivers is in town. It's worth noting that Rivers consistently peppered Austin Ekeler with targets out of the backfield. Hines is therefore a name to remember in PPR formats come draft season.
