Seattle OC Brian Schottenheimer told Sports Radio 950 KJR that he feels “really good about both of those guys coming back,” regarding the injuries sustained by RB Rashaad Penny and teammate Chris Carson last season. (ProFootballTalk on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Penny suffered a torn ACL last season after playing in just 10 games. He rushed for 370 yards and three touchdowns on 65 attempts. While Penny is recovering and progressing well from his surgery, Head coach Pete Carroll did acknowledge that he’s likely to begin camp on the physically unable to perform list. Penny is currently listed as RB #55 on the FantasyPros consensus rankings, but is one of the top handcuffs to starter Chris Carson as he also recovers from a hip injury of his own from last season.
