When asked about possibly moving out of the No. 4 spot in the upcoming NFL Draft, Giants GM Dave Gettleman said “it’s something I will very seriously entertain.” (Jordan Raanan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

The Lions have already made it clear they are shopping the No. 3 overall pick, and now the Giants are telling teams they’re putting the No. 4 overall pick on the trade block. New York has shown interest in the offensive tackles at the top of the draft, specifically guys like Tristan Wirfs, Andrew Thomas, and Mekhi Becton. Regarding the OT position, Gettleman believes, “there are tackles throughout the Draft. There is a lot of talent there.” The Giants should be able to get there guy within the top-10 picks, and thus is their rationale for being willing to trade down with a team who’s eager to move up, potentially a team with a glaring need at the QB position. Look for the phone lines to be active at the top of the Draft with the Lions and Giants shopping picks 1.03 and 1.04 respectively.
