Cole Kmet could be a ‘late first or early second’ round pick in the Draft

An AFC coach said that if you want to take Notre Dame TE Cole Kmet, “you're going to have to take him late first or early, early second.” (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Kmet has been compared to Kyle Rudolph by NFL scouts and his game is as steady as anyone’s at the tight end position. While the tight end position isn’t regarded as a very strong position in this year’s Draft, Kmet could surprise people and hear his name called late in the first round. He broke out his junior year at Notre Dame, catching 43 balls for 515 yards and six TDs. He’ll add a ton of value to a team in need of a tight end, and could even be on the radar in fantasy leagues depending on where he lands.
