Aaron Rodgers: Packers draft QB in first round

The Packers traded up to select QB Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
While they were expected to take a skill position player, it's a surprise to many that Green Bay selected a QB in the first round. Many expected the Packers to take a wide receiver to help Aaron Rodgers, but instead they selected the player that will likely take over for him. The question is when will this transition occur. For now, Rodgers will remain a QB1, but given his declining production over recent seasons and the presence of Love, he's certainly not a lock to go early among the position.
