The Vikings reportedly offered a Day 3 pick last week but nothing came to fruition. The Browns and Bucs were seen as possible suitors for Williams' services but both those teams took tackles in Round 1 on Thursday night. The Redskins appear to be running out of leverage as draft weekend carries on.
