The Seattle Seahawks have selected running back DeeJay Dallas with the No. 144 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. (Around the NFL on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Seattle adds to their stable of backs by selecting the stud RB out of Miami. He’ll join Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny, both of who are coming off of late-season injuries. Dallas showcased his ability as a well-rounded back as a two-year starter for the Hurricanes. He finished his collegiate career with a 5.8 yards per carry average. He has also shown his willingness to step up and pass-block and catch the ball out of the backfield. He could provide some sneaky fantasy value in the run-heavy Seahawks offense should Carson and Penny be limited by their respective injuries, and is a guy to highly consider as a handcuff in re-draft leagues and as a RB2 in dynasty league drafts.
