Fantasy Impact:

As expected, the Bears will not pick up Trubisky’s fifth-year option and is a free agent after the 2020 season. Trubisky will compete with Nick Foles for the Bears’ starting QB job. The 25-year-old threw for 3.318 yards with a 17-10 TD:INT ratio across 15 games in 2019. He would have been owed $24 million in 2021. Trubisky is currently 35th among all quarterbacks in the latest expert consensus rankings.
