Rashard Higgins re-signs with the Browns on a one-year deal

Fantasy Impact:
Higgins had a rough 2019 with the Browns after finding success in 2018, when he caught 39 balls for 572 yards and four TDs in 13 games. Last season, he only had four receptions for 55 yards and a score. The down year can be attributed to the addition of WR Odell Beckham Jr. in 2019. Nonetheless, the Browns are bringing him back for one more year to see if he can add some depth at the receiver position.
