Higgins recently re-signed with the Browns and set to be third on the depth chart behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. "Higgins has an advantage over rookie Donovan Peoples-Jones in that he already has good chemistry with Baker Mayfield. With the possibility of no in-person offseason program or minicamps, a newcomer such as Peoples-Jones, the Browns’ sixth-round pick out of Michigan, won’t have a chance to get those much-needed reps with Mayfield," per Mary Kay Cabot of He will compete with People-Jones for the Cleveland's WR3 spot. Higgins hauled in four catches for 55 yards and touchdown across four games in 2019. The 25-year-old is currently 151st among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings.
