Clyde Edwards-Helaire has "some special traits," said Chiefs' OC Eric Bieniemy. "We know one thing that that kid is going to do: He is going to come in and work his tail off. Now, he’s just going to be a piece of the puzzle." (

Fantasy Impact:

Bieniemy also mentions that Edwards-Helaire has the opportunity to learn from Damien Williams as well as the other backs on the Chiefs' roster. "We have a unique situation where he can come in have an opportunity to learn from a collective group," Bieniemy added. It was reported earlier that Damien Williams and Edwards-Helaire would form a one-two punch. Williams will remain the team’s starting running back, but Edwards-Helaire will compete for playing time. One topic that was brought up was Edwards-Helaire's pass blocking. Bieniemy responded by stating "He does have the attitude and the mindset to get it done, so I’m not concerned with that." Edwards-Helaire has the potential to be a top-10 fantasy RB and is currently 13th among all running backs in the latest expert consensus rankings.
