Everson Griffen drawing interest from the Cardinals

Griffen has had “strong interest” from multiple teams, but is staying patient and “waiting for the right opportunity.” Arizona is one of the teams most interested in bringing him in. The 32-year-old has spent his entire career in Minnesota. He recently broke off talks with the Vikings and is focusing his attention on free agency. Griffen had a stellar 2019, racking up 11 tackles for loss, eight sacks and one interception across 15 games for the Vikings. Griffen would be a welcomed addition to the Cardinals defense.
