Justin Jackson has a short leash as team's No. 2 back?

Daniel Popper of The Athletic writes that Justin Jackson's "leash won't be long" as the Chargers' No. 2 back this year. (The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Jackson dealt with injuries in 2019 but posted a highly efficient 6.9 yards per carry. Reports from Chargers camp have been pretty positive in regards to Jackson's role with the club this year, but fourth-round rookie Joshua Kelley will be pushing him for playing time. Jackson will begin the season as Austin Ekeler's primary backup, however.
