Fantasy Impact:

The charge was dropped by the Broward County prosecutors in February, but it was unclear at that time if Howard would still face disciplinary action from the NFL. It was reported Wednesday that he won’t be suspended by the league and is eligible to play Week 1 of the 2020 season. Howard made the Pro Bowl in 2018 prior to suffering a knee injury that forced him to miss 12 games in 2019. He signed a five-year, $72.25M extension in May 2019 and is expected to form one of the best secondary’s in the NFL in tandem with Dolphins free agent signee Byron Jones.
