Dak Prescott reportedly being offered $33-35M per year ahead of deadline

by Adam Koffler | Cowboys Correspondent | Tue, Jul 14th 9:41pm EDT

Per sources, the Dallas Cowboys are offering QB Dak Prescott $33-35M annually with over $100M guaranteed for five years. (Jane Slater on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

If Prescott and the Cowboys can’t come to an agreement on a long-term extension by tomorrow’s deadline, he’ll play the 2020 season on the franchise tag that will pay him $31.4M. Either way, Prescott is going to make a lot of money this season, but obviously wants more money per year than the Cowboys are willing to offer him at this time. The rumor mill will most definitely be swirling ahead of the deadline on July 15 to get a deal done, so stay tuned.
