No. 1 overall pick QB Joe Burrow has agreed to terms on his four-year, $36M fully guaranteed rookie contract with a fifth-year option with the Cincinnati Bengals. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Burrow’s deal includes a $23.9M signing bonus that he’ll receive in full within 15 days of contract execution. The former LSU star QB is expected to be the unquestioned day one starter in Cincinnati as they look to turn things around in 2020. Draft Burrow as a solid QB2 with obvious QB1 upside even as a rookie playing with a very solid group of skill players.
