Fantasy Impact:
Allen became an unrestricted free agent after the Broncos didn’t tender him during the off-season. He had a few spot starts for the Broncos in 2019, throwing for 515 yards and 3:2 TD:INT ratio across three games. Allen will compete for a backup spot behind Bengals first overall pick QB Joe Burrow.
