A.J. Brown working on conditioning to improve his 4th quarter play

by Brett Tomlinson | Eagles Correspondent | Tue, Aug 11th 10:07am EDT

A.J. Brown has been working on his conditioning during the off-season and has told reporters that he is 'definitely in a better place in a better place physically'. Brown also told reporters that he missed making plays in the 4th quarters of last season, due to fatigue. (Tennessee Titans)

Fantasy Impact:

Brown had a very strong rookie season, averaging an explosive 20.2 yards per catch. It is great to see that Brown is identifying weaknesses in his game to work on. Brown will likely come down from his 20.2 yards per catch average, but should increase from his 52 receptions. If Brown does improve his conditioning to run more routes throughout the game, both his targets and receptions should go up, which will give him an even higher ceiling heading into the 2020 season.
