Fantasy Impact:
Williams got off to a hot start last year before his feet problems popped up. His plan is to do daily maintenance to keep the soreness away. Opportunity might be a bigger issue for Williams' fantasy value than his health, however. The Raiders drafted Henry Ruggs and Bryan Edwards back in April, which will limit Williams' target share in this offense.
