Artie Burns tears ACL

Fantasy Impact:
While Kyle Fuller is a solidified starter at the cornerback position, Burns was competing for the starting job opposite of him. Now the competition is down to Kevin Tolliver and second round pick Jaylon Johnson. The Bears had the ninth best passing defense in the NFL last season, as they allowed an average of 222.1 passing yards per game. Even with the loss of Burns, the Bears should be a top-five defense in 2020.
