Geoff Swaim signs with the Titans

Former Cowboys and Jaguars TE Geoff Swaim has signed a deal with the Tennessee Titans. (Jim Wyatt on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Swaim has just 48 receptions for 401 yards and one score in his five-year NFL career. He’ll join the Titans where it’ll be a revolving door after the primary tight end, Jonnu Smith, this season.
