Tre’Quan Smith draws praise from head coach Sean Payton

Saints head coach Sean Payton reiterated that third-year WR Tre’Quan Smith will play an important role in what the team is trying to do on offense. (New Orleans Saints on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Smith has caught 10 touchdowns on 46 receptions in his two seasons in New Orleans. The snap count and targets haven’t been there for Smith, but he’s made the most of his opportunities when given. He’s drawing praise from his head coach, but he’s still probably unrosterable in most fantasy leagues given the Saints now have a clear WR2 in Emmanuel Sanders.
