Fantasy Impact:
We had previously gotten reports that the Texans were limiting Cooks' reps throughout training camp. Now we know what's bothering him. The 26-year-old could eventually be a productive WR3 in fantasy this year, but he's tough to trust in Week 1 if he's actually on a snap count.
