The Vikings have placed their star defensive end Danielle Hunter on IR, meaning Hunter will not be able to return to action until Week 4. (Ian Rapoport)

Hunter is a budding superstar at defensive end, earning 14.5 sacks, 70 tackles and three forced fumbles for Minnesota in 2019. His presence will be sorely missed as the Vikings open up with a tough schedule against Green Bay, Indianapolis and Tennessee.
