Fantasy Impact:

"Any player who gets treatment on specific body part must be on injury report. Treatment natural 10 months after major hip injury, but team has said he's healthy and can play," per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald. He practiced in full on Wednesday and is expected to serve as the Dolphins' backup QB behind Ryan Fitzpatrick for Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the Patriots.
