Von Miller officially placed on IR after season-ending ankle injury

Von Miller has officially been placed on IR after suffering an ankle injury last Tuesday. The sustained injury is expected to require surgery. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Losing Miller is a huge blow for Denver's defense but they looked solid without him on Monday night, keeping Derrick Henry out of the end zone. Miller will hope to be ready for the 2021 season.
