Mohamed Sanu signs with the 49ers

The 49ers have signed WR Mohamed Sanu to a one-year contact, per his agent Mike McCartney. (Mike McCartney on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Sanu was released by the Patriots during training camp, but lands a deal with the 49ers. With Deebo Samuel on the injured reserve and most of the 49ers receiver core banged up, Sanu could carve out an expanded role right away with his new team. The 31-year-old hauled in 59 receptions for 520 yards and two touchdowns over 15 games for the Falcons/Patriots in 2019.
