Richard Sherman (leg) placed on injured reserve

The 49ers' have placed CB Richard Sherman on injured reserve with a leg injury. He will be eligible to return for their Week 5 matchup against the Dolphins. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is the first we're hearing of Sherman's injury so the details are a bit murky. Apparently the 32-year-old vet injured his leg at some point during their Week 1 loss to the Cardinals but managed to finish the game. K'Waun Williams is next up in line at cornerback but Sherman's absence is a huge blow to the 49ers' secondary.
