Fantasy Impact:

Kittle was shaken up during the teams Week 1 loss to the Cardinals and was diagnosed with a knee sprain. He has been sidelined at practice all week, though head coach Kyle Shanahan has stated he doesn't need to practice to play in Sunday's game. Still, the 49ers will likely express caution with their All-Pro tight end and will look to test him out pregame to determine if he is able to play. Fantasy managers should closely monitor his status ahead of Sunday's 1:00PM ET kick and should have another option ready to go in the off-chance he is ruled out.
