Fantasy Impact:
Ruggs III missed practice all week due to a knee injury, and there's been no update on his level of participation in Saturday's workout. Still, fantasy owners should feel better about his prospects to suit up for Monday night against the Saints. Ruggs caught three balls for 55 yards in his debut but could have difficulty finding success in Week 2 versus a stout New Orleans Saints secondary.
