Tyron Smith 'up in the air' for Week 2

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (neck) is "up in the air" for Week 2. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

This has a game-time decision written all over it. In fact, per Rapoport, Smith's injury status will have to "improve a great deal" to see him on the field in Sunday's matchup against the Falcons. If Smith can't go, the Cowboys will be in trouble across their offensive front as they are already down both RT La'el Collins and reserve OT Cam Irving. Look for Terence Steele to start his second straight game for this banged-up Dallas front five. With all their injury issues on the line, the Cowboys brought in Ronald Leary, who played with the team from 2013-2016 before exiting in free agency to the Broncos, in for a workout earlier in the week.
