Fantasy Impact:
The injuries haven't stopped this week. Raheem Mostert and Nick Bosa have already been ruled out for the 49ers today as well. Also, they're missing George Kittle. Garoppolo completed 14-of-16 passes for 131 yards and two TDs before exiting.
