New York Giants WR Sterling Shepard was knocked out of yesterday's game against the Bears and is believed to be dealing with a turf toe injury. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Shepard was injured late in the first half and was seen limping to the locker room. This is another blow to a Giants' offense that saw Saquon Barkley leave with an apparent ACL injury. Turf toe injuries vary in severity, but typically see a player missing 2-4 weeks. Shepard shouldn't be dropped in formats that award points for receptions, but in standard leagues, if you need a roster spot, that might be a choice fantasy owners will have to make.
