Fantasy Impact:
Henry Ruggs being active is a big boost for the Las Vegas Raiders offense. Ruggs will likely see a heavy dose of elite corner Marshon Lattimore in Week 3 and is also playing hurt, so it could be a long night for the rookie. Still, Ruggs has world-beating speed that should help free him up on at least a few routes if the Raiders get creative.
