Fantasy Impact:
Parker is likely being held out for precautionary reasons as he has dealt with a sore hamstring since the beginning of the season. Parker saw eight targets and hauled in five catches for 53 yards and a touchdown against a stingy Buffalo secondary in Week 2. Expect a solid WR3 performance with potential WR2 upside in a short week against a Jaguars defense that has already allowed five passing touchdowns.
