Justin Herbert reportedly likely to start in Week 3

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Chargers QB Justin Herbert is likely to start in Week 3 against the Panthers. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tyrod Taylor was hospitalized with chest issues prior to Week 2 and may not be ready for this Sunday's matchup. Herbert was impressive filling in on short notice, throwing for 311 yards against the Chiefs' solid defense. He could wind up keeping the job if he has another good game. Herbert is on the streaming radar against a hopeless Panthers' D this week.
